With a successful background of more than 15 years of diverse sales experience crossing multiple ERP technologies, Doug oversees sales and recruiting for EMS Consulting - Intelligent Chaos.

For the past 10 years, Doug has headed up the Higher Education Practice for EMS - IC and brings a unique understanding of the market resulting in a high client retention rate and excellent client satisfaction. Doug also manages the key partnerships regionally for the firm.

Prior to his Sales Executive role, Doug served as district manager for two Fortune 1000 equipment-manufacturing companies in North and South America.Throughout his tenure, he reached high levels of achievement, leading high-volume sales in the Southeast including distribution of equipment into competitive international markets. Doug's key responsibilities included National Sales Management, Product Management and Vertical Market Strategies.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond.
