Stephen has led EMS Consulting-Intelligent Chaos into receiving several Oracle Innovation Awards, leading our key clients in Service Oriented Architecture, design and development of innovative solutions over the last 3 years.

Stephen has over 15 years of experience in the software industry covering a broad range of roles including; enterprise integration, implementing web services standards, solution architecture, design, and technology sales support for our firm.
 
His responsibilities include providing strategic oversight and direction with Oracle technologies, solution development, middleware solutions, and all development efforts across every EMS Consulting-Intelligent Chaos Practice including: SOA, IDM, and MDM.

Prior to EMS-IC, Stephen held a senior level position at The Nielsen Company, helping to lead an effort to revolutionize the way they used SOA to offer reporting solutions to their customers. Before Nielsen, he worked for MicroStrategy, and focused on custom development solutions around Business Intelligence.  

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering focusing on fluid mechanics and coastal engineering.
