Founded in 1997 by Elaine and Doug Myrback, EMS Consulting started with a vision of delivering quality service with excellent performance. We began providing staff augmentation services for PeopleSoft and SAP implementations, then progressively grew into a full-service system integration partner with Oracle / PeopleSoft. The company was founded on the principle that a boutique firm could better serve the needs of clients by providing excellent service, value and personal attention.

We grew quickly into four offices nationally and continues to grow organically, attracting and nurturing each associate. Over the past decade, we have rapidly expanded and are proud to employ over 135 associates and staff members nationwide.

In 2006, having achieved success and national recognition in the ERP marketplace, EMS founded a business transformation practice called Intelligent Chaos (IC). IC delivers  “next generation services” for Service Oriented Architecture, with a focus on Oracle's Fusion Middleware. The purpose of this new division is to unlock the value of your ERP systems through the use of web services.
