EMS-Intelligent Chaos’s Identity Management workshop is a 1 or 2-day workshop designed to enable engaging roundtable discussions with key stakeholders in order to foster discussion around your identity management requirements. EMS-IC will provide pre-workshop questionnaires, along with preliminary workshop business objectives for all participants to interact with all whiteboard design sessions and roundtable discussions.
Our team will end the session with a detailed overview of your requirements, selected vendor comparisons and a suggested Identity Management roadmap. We will present a comprehensive document that presents your existing identity management business processes and technologies, analysis of future opportunities and optimization, as well as a well defined recommended identity management roadmap.
Workshop Goals & Objectives:
- Identify current and future Identity business requirements and determine a short and long term identity roadmap including cost of ownership and maintenance of the IAM solution
- Provide a non-biased IAM approach to the business drivers and challenges
- Identify your short-term and long-term business and technical objectives
- Form the foundations for your unique "Identity Management Roadmap" indicating organizational impacts
- Identify the boundaries and requirements of a Phased approach for your Identity Management project
