Kansas State University        

EMS-IC was awarded the Implementation of Campus Solutions v8.9 which includes Student Records, Academic Advisement, Student Financial Aid, Student Financials and Admissions. The main reason KSU chose EMS-IC was the “Partnership Experience” where our Subject Matter Experts were provided by EMS-IC and KSU was in charge of project management. EMS-IC provided functional expertise within the above modules and also provided resource for System Administration, interfacing PeopleSoft in WebMethods; technical development and reporting. KSU took the “Knowledge Transfer, first” approach combined with the EMS-IC “Partnership Experience” and went live on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions on time and within budget.
 

North Dakota University System

EMS-IC was chosen by NDUS to assist with the upgrade of Campus Solutions from v8.0 to v9.0. EMS-IC had all Technical leadership for the upgrade. During the CS upgrade, EMS-IC was hired by the PeopleSoft Financials team to provide Technical expertise within PS Financials v9.0, specifically with the Grants Management module. After completion of both projects, NDUS looked to EMS-IC again to help with troubleshooting their complex, state-shared Payroll system and Commitment Accounting system. On all three of these projects, EMS-IC provided detailed “Knowledge Transfer” to the NDUS staff to ensure project success.

NC State University 

EMS-IC won a portion of the Implementation of Campus Solutions/Student Administration v8.9 which includes Student Records and Academic Advisement. EMS-IC is one of the leading consulting firms working with NC State on this project because of our industry expertise and alignment with the internal team to achieve their institutional goals. Due to our in-depth functional understanding of NC State systems & processes, EMS-IC was also invited to provide System Administration & Technical on-going support.
