EMS was awarded a technical development and support project to solidify for their Financials upgrade to v8.8. EMS-IC performed data conversions, interface development and reporting services. Our team also identified customization within the legacy PeopleSoft version that could be eliminated. Because of the experience of the EMS-IC team, this project was completed early and under budget.

Johnson Controls

Johnson Controls called on EMS to troubleshoot on-going problems within the PeopleSoft Benefits Administration module. EMS provided issue resolution, along with PeopleSoft expertise to help the Benefits Administration module run more efficiently by redefining parts of the business process and eliminating customizations.
