State of Georgia

EMS-IC partnered with Oracle Consulting for a large upgrade project for the State of Georgia. This project was an upgrade from PeopleSoft HCM v7.02 to v8.8, not a re-implementation. EMS-IC was responsible for the migration of data to the new web-enabled version of PeopleSoft which was an enormous amount of detailed work that was completed on time and on budget.

US Supreme Court

Over a three year period, EMS-IC teamed with Oracle Consulting to provide leadership in Oracle database design and administration as well as PeopleSoft Enterprise application support for the US Supreme Court. EMS-IC also supported a portion of the HCM system that was on an Informix legacy system.

State of South Carolina

Working alongside of a Big 4 Consulting firm, EMS-IC provided the functional expertise during the implementation of a new statewide Financials system. EMS-IC brought expertise in Asset Management, Fixed Assets and General Ledger. EMS-IC provided detailed “Knowledge Transfer” to the State staff to make each of these module areas a success.
