Business Development Manager

Intelligent Chaos (IC), a division of EMS Consulting, specializes in Business Transformation focused approach to the implementation of Service Oriented Architecture based solutions. We are experts in helping organizations build business solutions on Oracle’s Fusion Middleware, as well as other market-leading middleware platforms.

EMS-IC is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manger whose responsibilities will include developing leads and qualifying potential clients for software implementations, upgrades or additional modules to Enterprise Management systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Seibel, Hyperion). Web enablement and application development opportunities are also required as well as developing and qualifying clients interested in assessment of software systems, vendor selection and business process re-engineering.
The compensation structure will be salary plus incentive bonus based on growth expectations.

The right candidate will be an energetic, dynamic, resourceful and driven team player.

Extensive prospecting and follow-up is required within an established territory
New business development with persistence
Knowledge of ERP packages (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Seibel, Hyperion)
Experience selling at a senior level (VP, CIO or higher)
Strategic selling at a project level is extremely important
Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Experience managing the sales cycle for multiple projects including staff augmentation
Ability to work from a remote office with good time management skills
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
