SUMMARY: Design, develops, and implements one or more of the Identity and Access Management products and provide architecture, design, and implementation expertise of Identity Management products on an enterprise scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop and implement Identity and Access Management products including but not limited to: Oracle OVD, OIM, OAM, Thor and OBLIX.
- Build resource adapters, integrate role-based access control, single sign-on, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing applications and systems.
- Support technologies like LDAP, Databases, networks, etc.
- Design, engineer, develop, and implement knowledge of Single Sign On Solutions involving SAML / SPML and various federation products.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with minimum 5 years experience.
- Prior experience with Oracle Identity or other identity management product a must.
- Prior experience with OIM within the Higher Education industry a PLUS
- Must have excellent analytical skills, have the ability to multitask and have solid project management skills.
- Experience with Java, J2EE, XML and Oracle PL/SQL a must.
- Solid understanding of access, identity management, single sign on, and security concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong technical skills.
- Knowledge of SOA / ESB / Web Services a plus.

Location: East Coast – Travel 80% (4 day work weeks)
