Tampa, FL and Louisville, KY – August, 2009 In recognition of their continuing success in delivering award-winning solutions to their clients, EMS – Intelligent Chaos has been awarded the implementation of Oracle’s Identity Management (IdM) suite for the University of Louisville.
EMS – Intelligent Chaos, a leading provider of comprehensive information technology (IT) services, has been awarded a 3-year contract by the University of Lousiville (U of L) in Louisville, KY, for their information access management initiatives. EMS-IC was chosen for their status as an innovative provider of Oracle Identity Management implementation services and SOA solutions.
In addition to this engagement to implement a comprehensive IdM solution at U of L, EMS-IC’s Higher Education Practice and Enterprise Integration Practice are currently working with the University to upgrade their PeopleSoft Student and HR systems, as well as to implement an innovative solution to enhance fiscal and budget management at the institution.
These three initiatives are key priorities to U of L, and the EMS-IC staff and management involved in the projects are excited and honored to have been chosen to participate in what has been called one of the ‘most strategic IT initiatives at the institution and one of the largest and more complex portfolio of projects taken on by the University’s Office of Information Technology’ by U of L CIO Dr. Priscilla Hancock. Dr. Hancock says further that ‘(t)he University is expected to realize a significant return on investment from the upgrade, the enhancement of budget management capabilities, and the implementation of identity management software.’
